The doctor compared the CAT scan she had a couple of weeks ago with the one from May in Rhode Island and there was no change, no increase in the tumor, and that was with about four weeks of no chemo or any medication. Everyone was happy.
And she feels very good. Walks up the stairs carrying bundles and doesn't get out of breath! A very noticeable change in her outlook, almost her old self again. Except for her appetite which hasn't returned yet and the pimples caused by the new medication she's doing great.
A trip to Boston in a couple of weeks for routine blood and exam and a new cat scan in a month or so.

Hi everyone, I just read the blog post from two days ago. I'm in San Francisco visiting Marc (today's my bday!) - got here Tuesday night. Hi Shelly and all. Sally and I were in Denver over the 4th. from 7/1 to 7/5 to see Jeff and his new home. Both are fantastic....which is right in line with the 7/1 blog that we did not see till today..Great repoprt...While we were in Boulder where JEff took us for retail therapy, Foind a little something for you sweet Shelly, Which I already mailed, that is the good news...the bad news is I sent it to you c/o of mom and dad as I never wrote your address anywhere where it can be found again so please send it to me..Love to all....our baby turns 40 this month and Jeff 43 so our kids have been ganging up on us for a combined total of 83 years...Take a look at us and you can easily see the toll its taken Love Unk E and Aunt S
