Shelly had an MRI and a PET/CT on Wednesday.
A mixed bag.
MRI ☞ No new brain lesions. One got a bit larger, one got a bit smaller. That's a big help.
PET/CT ☞ The chest scan is similar. Two new tiny lesions (2-3 mm) and the previous two are gone. Apparently Shelly's tumor has a split personality.
There will be more consultation over the weekend and we should know more on Monday. The good news is that Shelly does feel better than she did. And her steroid facial swelling is definitely less than it was.

Dear Shelly and everyone,
I know that I haven't been as good as I used to be about writing but I do read the blog regularly and keep up with your news and reports. A "mixed bag" is right. I care most of all about how you Shelly are feeling but I would be happiest if how you felt and the reports were the same. I have been crazy busy here - was in San Francisco visiting Marc last weekend - got an extra day there when my return flight was canceled due to snow on Monday. Then frantic catch-up. A week from now (for spring break) I am going to Mexico! This is a first - visiting friends who have a house there.
I think of you (and everyone) all the time and send you all my love, Alice
