Well, the road isn't always straight and smooth, is it? The most recent films, as mentioned, were mixed. The brain results show no new lesions. The chest results showed a couple of new nodes and this means that the chemo will most likely be supplemented with an additional cocktail.
This will make it tougher for Shelly but what alternative is there? Shelly is understandably disappointed but also knows what needs to be done and she's ready. Still, she had a pretty good day today. We'll try for more.
