After Shelly visited with a neurologist this morning she came away with a prescription for more medication. Oh joy.
The feeling is that the inflammation in Shelly's brain that caused the severe headaches acted like a brain injury, which often results in seizures; and not just once or twice, but anytime in the future. So it was decided to add an anti-seizure medication to Shelly's daily routine.
Fortunately the medication is very well tolerated by the vast majority of people who take it (mostly for epilepsy) and there are essentially no drug interactions. So, except for the PITA factor she'll be ok.
And on it goes.

As long as the latest has no adverse affect, and it helps, so be it. SO much to go through , but my gut, and it is really big, tells me that it is all going to turn out good and positive in the end. Our Shelly has already proven the song "I am woman, I amd strong , I am invincible......." I guess that song was written for our Shelly Much love Unk E
