Got that off my chest. Shelly met with researcher at MGH today. It looks like she will be a candidate for the study mentioned last time. We go back on Sunday for a CAT scan and on Wednesday next week for a consult to review all the data and start. Pills beat infusions any day.
Then it's every other week for a month and then monthly, assuming the testing is positive.
She won't have any more hair loss so she could get even more re-growth but she might also get acne and diarrhea. Yippee.
Let's hope that the new drug does what it's supposed to do and her chemo symptoms continue to wane.

Hi..I think this could be the start of a page turning great new chapter in the life of "Shelly the Tooper exraordinaire, daughter, sister and all around great niece!" You may not of heard of this book yet...but it is the title of a new novel just being written. It will also inclue a chapter of a trip Shelly plans to take to Hilton Head to stay a while with her somewhat doddering old uncle, and his wife of 44 years Sallyjeanne Kahn of the aga kahn family...You go girl....bring yor lap top so you can write some more chapters for you book.
