Well, it's day three after chemo and as expected, Shelly feels poorly. Poorly enough to ask us to take Oliver for a while - that's poorly.
If things go according to schedule she should be feeling better by Sunday. Tomorrow she's scheduled for a PET scan and if the news is good it will definitely perk everyone up. We can hope.

Hi Shelly dear, I'm sending you a hug (between exams). And if I lived down the street, I would happy take care of Oliver for a few days too! Love, Alice
To read my post, one would think that I am not a native speaker of English! That should have been: "I would be happy to take care of Oliver for a few days too." Or I guess it might have been "I would happily take care of Oliver for a few days too." Either way, I really would! Love you Shelly. Alice
Hi Shelly, I know you can't stand it when there are so many bad days. I'm far removed and I can't stand it either. No one who loves you can stand it. Nothing to do but go on and believe that the days will get better. Hopefully the biopsy will be bearable and the news good. And from there on to more good days.
As you Dad always, says, at least the sun is out. For now, anyway, between the rain. Maybe that's a metaphore for life.
I'm counting on the sunshine and sending you rainbow kiss.
