Shelly was planning on driving to CT to be with her sister Debbie and family for Passover but a 99.4 deg. temp. said 'not today'. Oh well, now she will stay home with us and the dogs.

Her cousin Alissa was in a Relay For Life last night at Bryant College where she is a freshman. Here is an email that her dad, my cousin Elliot, sent her:

"I just returned from the Relay for Life at Bryant University, where I joined Alissa and her team for 10 laps (my limit) at the school track. They raised over $4000 for the American Cancer Society. Along the perimeter of the track were markers for loved ones who are involved in a current struggle, and who are missed. There were music bands, and tents where everyone will sleep, as the relay continues until 10 AM tomorrow. And to have a warm 68 degree evening was delightful.
Here is your marker that Alissa made. May it bring you much love, strength, and hope for your great victory."
